in the Culinary Arts
The Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Minneapolis/St. Pauloffers students live explanatory
demonstration classes as well as extensive hands-on
cooking experience in fully-equipped, professional-standard
kitchens. The curriculum comprises one of the world's
most intensive, practical, and comprehensive culinary
education. Students will advance their skills steadily
over the course of the program, with the mentoring and
guidance of experienced culinary professionals, with
emphasis on developing distinct styles and finding a
comfortable niche within the culinary arts.
Technique classes emphasize
