Culinary
Arts / Restaurant Management: Graduates will
be prepared to assume entry-level positions as prep
cooks, line cooks, assistant food service managers,
and assistant restaurant managers. This program
is specially designed for the person who plans a successful
food service career, and/or plans to open a restaurant,
catering service, or other food service establishment.
Months of study are crowned by a 360-hour externship
in which students gain real, on-the-job experience working
in a restaurant or food-related business.
