Students will receive
real-world culinary experience at the L'Ecole and L'Academie
Restaurants as their classroom. L'Ecole has received
Mobil's highest 3 Star student rating. Mentoring is
available upon request. Honor students and those with
perfect attendance are formally recognized. SCI graduates
